Top 8 Signs To Know If Your Partner Is Cheating On You

There are quite a handful of ways to know if your spouse/partner is cheating on you but here, I'll discuss just eight (8) of them and note, I'm writing this from experience because when I cheated on my partner, I did most of them. Be patient and read through, you'll learn something.

1. "I Love You But I'm Not In Love With You."
Once you hear these words, a big warning bell should sound in your head. This is one of the most common things a cheating spouse will say. Your spouse may have a deep, loving bond with you but, intense feelings of passion can override the bond with you and cause your spouse to lose sight of his/her true feelings. A cheating spouse will develop what I call hormone - induced amnesia. The surging hormones and passion they feel in their new relationship can screw the way they think.

2. "We are just friends."
This is one sure statement that will come from a cheating partner. If your partner is spending more and more time with this new "friend," then there is obviously more to it than a mere friendship. Your partner may feel they have a lot in common with this person, that this person understands them and things they are going through not knowing such feelings will only push them away from you. Whatever the reasons for the friendship, it's a big warning sign and one you should take seriously.

3. A sudden need for privacy.
If things the two of you used to share openly suddenly become private pay attention cause something is probably up. When he/she starts to protect their cell phones or computer, my dear, you have to sit-up and be at alert because something fishy is going on. If you ask why or attempt to find out information that used to be common knowledge between the two of you, you will be accused of snooping or trying to control your spouse. Very big warning sign!

4. "I need some space to figure out my feelings."
Men and women who are involved with someone else will request more space, time alone or away from the family. They may say it is due to confusion over their feelings or stress at work. This can be a sign that there is someone else and the spouse is trying to figure out ways to have more freedom.

5. Regular work habits change.
Working late, going to work at odd hours or, putting in more time than is normal on work related issues can be a sign that your partner is giving more time to something else and hides it under the word "Work." Be vigilant when you notice things like this.

6. Secretive phone calls and more time spent on the phone.
Emotional affairs  occur primarily via the phone, especially cell phones. If you find your spouse hanging up suddenly when you enter the room or erasing the history on the cell phone and becoming defensive when asked about it, then you might want to check your phone records.

7. Behavior that just doesn't add up.
Not being where he/she was expected to be. Missing time they can't explain. Money that isn't accounted for. Receipts for things you don't have. Missing clothing. Clothing that does not belong to your family. Being caught in little lies about the details of the day. If something is off with their behavior, you should suspect cheating .

8. Your Own fears and suspicions
If you find yourself looking for excuses for your spouse's behavior or trying to convince yourself that they would never cheat then that is a warning sign. Your intuition is frequently one of the best indicators that something is wrong. If you suspect your spouse might be cheating on you, do some investigating and then talk to him/her about what you've found. Do it in a way that is calm and courteous. Ask for honesty. Be prepared for lies, it's a natural thing they must lie but it doesn't mean the love isn't there. Sometimes they lie out of respect. Be calm and friendly, they will open up. It is a sad fact that people having affairs become excellent liars. People who never told a lie before in their lives. Trust your gut instinct but get hard, cold proof also.

10 Reasons to start your own business Now!

If you’re an entrepreneur you have heard the million reasons not to go into business: It’s too risky, you might go into debt, you’ll probably lose sleep, your social life is kaput, and the list goes on. But even with all these uncertainties, people are still attracted to the startup world. There are just as many, if not more reasons to take the leap and go into business for yourself.  Here are just a few:

1. Spare time. This one can take some time.  Initially you’ll work longer hours for less pay.  But if you do it right, you could start to master your schedule and the freedom that being an entrepreneur provides is awesome.

2. A story to tell. Whenever I tell someone I run my own business, they always want to know what I do, how I do it and how it’s going. I always am able to provide a tale or two, and the best part is that I get to determine the story’s chapters. (When working for a corporation, people most likely have less input.)

3. Pride. When you build something successful, it’s a great feeling. You had a vision, were able to execute it and not can reap the benefits of saying “I did this.” On the other hand, it’s tough to be proud of the zillionth request for proposal you fill out for your employer.

4. Your posterity. If you’re a doctor, plumber or bus driver it’s hard to imagine you passing your career on to your loved ones. But if you own your own business, that’s something you can pass on to the next generation. And be proud of it, because you created it.

5. Job security. Have you ever been laid off, downsized, or fired?  If you have, you get this. With entrepreneurship the security lies in the fact you are your own boss. You run the show and don’t have to worry about getting let go.

6. Networking. Entrepreneurs are communal creatures.  We love to meet each other, swap stories, and learn from each other’s experiences. Your circle of friends and acquaintances always grows when you become an entrepreneur, as many founders need others to lean on to survive and talk about the challenges only known to them.

8. Doing good. While this isn’t exclusive to entrepreneurs, it’s definitely a perk. You control where your company profits go and if you choose, you can give allocate your financial gains to others. You can sponsor a charity, a non-profit or just personally give back to the community.  This is quite honestly one of the best parts of being an entrepreneur.

9. Novelty. We, as humans, love new experiences but rarely can you experience a host of new things from inside your cubicle. This all changes when you are running the show. Starting your own business will ensure you’ll always be facing new challenge and experiencing something new.

10. Mentorship. Having had mentors and getting to be a mentor have been some of the best experiences of my life.  Learning from the masters and getting to help those less experienced than you gives you such a sense of satisfaction. From my experience (and other’s stories) the entrepreneurial community is very willing to give back and lend a helping hand.

11. Becoming an expert. This point goes along with mentorship.  Regardless of what you do as an entrepreneur, if you stick with it, you’ll probably become very good at it. And this gives you a sort of soapbox, so use it. You’ll have the chance to be interviewed for your expertise, write about it and get to spread your message.

12. Skills. People ask me how I learned about SEO, social media, pay-per-click, PR and all the other marketing techniques I utilize. I tell them that I was forced to learn them, otherwise I wouldn’t survive.  The same way I was forced to learn how to build a spreadsheet, how to balance a budget, how to negotiate leases and countless other skills I picked up because I was the only resource I had. While developing new skills can be tough and takes times, it can pay off in spades.  These skills will be invaluable throughout your life.

13. Determination. Everything I’ve done as an entrepreneur has affected me in my personal life.  I used to be poor at committing to changes. But having been an entrepreneur for over a decade has forced me to become dedicated and determined to causes. (Now I can stick to an exercise plan much easier.)  I’m also better at being a father and husband because of that determination I learned.

14. Recognition. There are literally thousands of local, regional and national awards that recognize entrepreneurs in every field and industry. This shouldn’t be your only reason to start your business, but it certainly is a great feeling when you receive this recognition.

15. Financial independence. Let’s be honest, this is probably the biggest reason people get into business for themselves.  And that’s a good thing!  You should want financial independence.  However you define financial independence – retirement stockpile, unlimited cash potential or having the money to buy what you want --  entrepreneurship can allow you to achieve it. Trust me, money doesn’t buy happiness, but it does make finding happiness much easier.

16. Reinvention. I’ve started and sold several companies over my career.  And every time I sell a company, I’m presented with an opportunity to reinvent myself all over again. On the flip side, if I had received my law degree, I’d be a lawyer (not a lot of room to recreate myself). But as an entrepreneur, I get to be whatever I want to be.

17. Change the world. Everyone jokes that every entrepreneur says they’re going to change the world. It’s difficult to imagine how a cell phone accessory kiosk in the mall is going to change the world.  But there are those that do succeed.  Take a look at Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Sergey Brin, and the countless other entrepreneurs who really have changed the world in some small (or major) way.

18. Create jobs. There’s nothing like the satisfaction of knowing you’re responsible for the success of your employees.  Your ideas provided them the opportunity to earn a living, provide for their family and fulfill their own dreams.

19. Your brand. Being known for something is awfully enjoyable.  People may start referring to you as the marketing guy, or the retail maven or the software guru.  Whatever it is you’re recognized as, it’s fun to build that brand and earn that recognition.

Nollywood Colleagues of actress, Foluke Daramola, were absent at the premiere of her new movie, Cobweb, NETng reports.
The event which held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Silverbird Cinemas, Ikeja had in attendance friends and fans of the actress but only a few of her colleagues, including Ayo Adesanya, Toyin Aimakhu-Johnson and her husband, Adeniyi Johnson.

The movie, Cobweb is directed by Toka Mcbaror and stars Uti Nwachukwu, Funsho Adeolu, Dele Odule, Saheed Balogun, and Tamara Eteimo, all of whom were conspicuously absent.
It tells the story of a young boy, Sam, gifted with a good voice but whose father wants to become a scientist. The twist and turn of events led to the separation of the family and Sam grows to become a popular singer-cum actor.

Here came 2012,year of EME-cee, you took the shine of the crew,laced graceful and lovely hooks on 80% of the album songs,you so fly,hot and invisible.

More shows and awards never stop rolling in. Starboy himself never seems unstoppable.

And 2013, you seems superfly,you were at your very best,in between controversy and misunderstanding with your then manager (Osagie) and record label,EME Ent,u popped out singles- hits singles! Upto 20 singles ( a whole album) back to back rocking airways, topping charts in just 1yr, 1 year I repeat,smiles..bro here is a piece of advice putting out a lot of songs out in just 1 year is simply going to sell you short you still have a long way to go and no body does that in the world not even music icon Tupac, Jay Z and our very own Tuface idibia.

Your style is monotonous- same style,same theme of songs all I heard is baby-baby-baby, huh! People are getting bored of hearing same thing every blessed day ,baby songs will never make you a legend, it will never take you anywhere,fine it will put couple of millions in your account, buy you designer clothes and gold chains and some expensive fancy cars but for how long will that be before the brand Wizkid vanished?

Bob Marley,Tupac and Fela Anikulapo kuti became legends basically because of the unrivaled contents of their lyrics about life, reality, freedom and brutality of mankind,they did it for a long time and they did it perfectly.

You need to understand you are a big brand who has a name/image to protect, you need to step up your game, surround yourself with highly educated entertainment professionals not your so called semi-illiterate
team.You need to understand the fact that the music industry is highly competitive,growing very fast with new artists springing up every blessed day.They are mean,hungary for fame and fortune and committed and simply want to dethrone you and the rest of reigning established artists.

Take time to pen good and meaningful songs,get professional song writers and slap it with classy expensive videos not all those 2-seconds-one-spot videos you are giving us,they are not helping your brand. “Holla at your boy” and “pakurumo ” videos became big hits and highly successful just because their story lines were carefully written- perfect scripts,good directing with high budgets which I believe is the handwork of the master planner himself,Mr. Banky W.”The matter” was a very good song-great delivery, great breath control,lovely rhythm and killer beat but the beautiful song was killed by a cheap and conceptless video.

Davido will spend his last penny to get good and well written songs and slap it with classy and High budgeted videos.He wasn’t a freak to have shot 3 videos for his hit song skelewu that shows he classy ,he’s professional, he wants the best,he has big taste ,he knows what he doings and what he wants .I see him doing different styles, very versatile, very diversify,tell me why he won’t grab those MTV awards and swept off heart of fans.Davido is practicing what I called PWMS-Professional Western Music Strategy i.e. buy songs, shoot classy videos and get good results,everybody does that around the world, that’s the professionalism, from Beyonce to Rihanna, Chris Brown to of course,the late legendary Michael Jackson. Banger Lee aka D banj aka Kinniun funfun will also spend his last to get the best producer to give him best of production and world class videos and massive promo same thing goes to the undisputed twins called “P square”.Stop doing things anyhow, stop giving us rush up jobs -production and videos,they are not helping your brand. According to SDK, Ato, her now estranged husband, is presently recovering from brain surgery, his friends said his only mistake was falling in love with “a wrong woman” in the person of Uche Ogbodo.

The man’s father, a Pastor, said he was shocked when he heard Uche’s lies. His words:
“We went to her village and paid the bride price and after that she was still bearing her fathers name, I dont know why she didnt change it. Boko Haram Islamist Launch Ongoing Massive Attack In A Village Near During Church Service!

An attack, described as massive by residents, is currently ongoing in Kautikari village, seven kilometres away from Chibok town in

the southern part of Borno state.

Villagers in Chibok made a distress call to journalists and security operatives in Maiduguri calling for urgent help.

A text message sent by a resident at about 9:30 a.m. reads; “Massive attack on Kautikari now. All security agencies should be notified, and call for divine help now.”

An official of Department of Security Service confirmed the ongoing attack to PREMIUM TIMES but asked not to be named.

“Yes, we also received the report, I believe action is being taken about now…but no one has been able to ascertain the nature or magnitude of the attack for now”, said the security source.

The extremist Boko Haram sect has continued to attack villages in Borno and neighbouring states, killing defenceless civilians.

How a 19-yr-Old Girl who Stabbed her Mother to Death, 151 Times, Escapes Jail!

A Colorado teenager, Isabella Yun-Mi Guzman, who actually stabbed her mother to death, 151 times, will not be going to jail after the judge declared her to be insane.

Isabella Yun-Mi Guzman, 19, killed her mother in their Aurora home in August 2013. Last December she pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and was sent to a state mental hospital for an evaluation. And yesterday, during her court hearing, a judge reviewed the results of that mental evaluation and ruled that Guzman is not guilty by reason of insanity.

According to court records, on the fateful day 47-year-old Yun Mi Hoy lost her life, her daughter, Guzman stabbed her:

    35 times in the face,
    51 times in the neck
    then 65 times on the other parts of her body before finishing her off by beating her with a baseball bat.


Isabella had grown 'more threatening and disrespectful' towards her mother moments leading up to her death. The day before her mother was killed, Isabella spat on her mother and sent her an email threatening: 'You will pay.'

Even on the day of the attack, Aurora police officers came to their house on a report of a family dispute. Officers said they found no hostility or rage at the house when they arrived.

Mrs Hoy had grown so scared of her daughter, that she had also called on her ex-husband, Isabella's father Robert Guzman, to speak to the teenager. And just three hours before Mrs Hoy was murdered, Robert Guzman paid a visit to the house his daughter lived in with his ex-wife and her new husband, Ryan Hoy.

As they sat in the backyard, he explained the importance of respecting your elders to his daughter and truly believed he had gotten through to her only to receive a call later on that Guzman had killed her mother..


Mrs Hoy's husband, Ryan Hoy, recounted what happened that night. According to him, his wife had just returned from work around 9:30pm when she went upstairs to take a shower. Mr. Hoy said he was eating when he heard a thumping sound upstairs and his wife calling his name.

He ran to the upstairs bathroom, but Isabella quickly shut and locked the door and he noticed blood streaming under the door. Soon after, Isabella emerged from the bathroom and walked out holding the knife, staring straight forward as she passed her stepfather and went downstairs.

Mr Hoy tried to revive his wife but knew she was already dead by the look in her eyes. And when police arrived, they officially pronounced Mrs Hoy dead.

After the killing, police say Guzman fled the home. She went to a woman's restroom at a nearby H Mart, washed her hair in the sink and changed her clothes. They say she told employees that she had been raped in Denver and asked them not to call police, because they would send her back home and she was in fear of her father.

And finally, when police tracked Guzman down the next day, she told them they had the wrong person. She said she was Samantha Gonzales from Cincinnati, Ohio. Police held up her ID card, but the teen said, 'It looks like me, but it's not.' Eventually police pulled out guns, ordered the teen to the ground, and took her into custody.

She has now been sent to the Colorado Mental Health Institute of Pueblo.

The Assemblies of God Church Members Clash As Crisis Worsens

The crisis in the Assemblies of God Church Nigeria, is getting worse - took a dangerous dimension, yesterday, as members of the two camps clashed leaving some people wounded.

An attempt by the group loyal to the Assistant General Superintendent, Rev. Chidi Okoroafor, to hold anti-Paul Emeka meeting at Isiagu Street, Achara Layout branch of the church was the real cause of the clash.

The embattled General Superintendent of the church, Rev. Paul Emeka, and some top members of the church had engaged in a protracted dispute over issues relating to lack of accountability and conspiracy in the church’s leadership.

The anti-Emeka members of the church’s executive committee yesterday evening arranged a meeting to review the crisis that engulfed the church, following the purported suspension of the General Superintendent by a group in the church.

A member of the anti-Emeka group, Pastor Isaac Ochu, who is the District Pastor in-charge of the church branch in Isiagu street , accepted to host the meeting, even when some leaders of his branch, including the deacons fought against the idea.

Pastor Ochu was said to have announced the meeting last Sunday but his members who were sympathetic to the GS, told him point-blank that such meeting should not hold in their church.

Pastor Ochu was said to have ignored their advice and proceeded to convene the meeting in his church but unknown to him, the deacons in the church had mobilized their colleagues from other branches to block the church entrances.

When the anti-Emeka group sensed a possible unforeseen danger, they reportedly invited soldiers to the church Monday night but were withdrawn in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

However, when the participants who were mostly pastors from different branches of the church in the state arrived for the meeting yesterday morning, they met a stiff resistance by the pro-Eneka group and as they tried to force their way into the church, a fight broke out between the two groups.

The anti-Emeka group, according to an eyewitness, was overpowered as the pastors ran for their dear lives and later moved to an undisclosed place in Trans-Ekulu to hold the meeting.

The pro-Emeka group remained at the church premises until yesterday evening but declined to speak with newsmen.

But some of the deacons were heard threatening that Pastor Ochu would not be allowed to preside over the affairs of the church, henceforth, for identifying with the renegades who they accused of trying to destroy the church.

Nigerian Super Eagles Refuse To Train Ahead Of France Clash Over Appearance And Bonus Fees Agreement

On Thursday, June 26, the Nigerian football team refused to train ahead of their clash with France in the second round of the ongoing World Cup in Brazil.

The players are said to have taken this decision following a lack of agreement with the Nigerian Football Federation to settle them after reaching the second round of the World Cup.

KayNaija learnt that the players asked for a meeting with the team's management where they requested that part of their money expected from FIFA for progressing beyond the group stage be paid them by the Nigerian Football Federation.

Although FIFA is yet to release bonus funds, the players have demanded that the Nigerian Football Federation, NFF, provide it before they take on France on Monday.

According to the Super Eagles, if they eventually exit the tournament on Monday, it would be almost impossible to collect the money from the NFF so to prevent a repeat of what happened following the conclusion of the 2010 World Cup when the NFF delayed payment of their appearance fees, they have demanded to be paid before they play France.

The players were scheduled to train at the Estadio Guarani at 18.00 but refused to train and Head Coach Stephen Keshi spoke briefly to the media in an environment guarded with soldiers and police while fans waited at the training arena in vain.

However, Mr Ben Alaiya, who is the team's media officer came out to tell the press that the players were in a meeting and that the training could still take place as scheduled.

Instead of the players coming out to train as anticipated by their media officer, the players rather dispersed and went for dinner meaning the day's training was cancelled.

Talking about the funds itself, Mr Musa Amadu caught a quick flight from Sao Paolo to Abuja in order to facilitate the release of the money from the responsible bodies.

The fear now remains that the players themselves are worried an agreement might not be reached on time for them to proceed with their clash against France.

The Super Eagles are supposed to arrive Brasilia on Friday afternoon but it is now uncertain if they will board the flight as they previously refused to train.

A similar issue occured in 2013 when the Super Eagles threatened to quit the Confederations Cup over the half payment of their bonus wins.

According to available statistics about 1.2 million candidates may not be able to secure admission into any not the nation’s higher institutions this year. You wonder why this is so?
