Man in Court after Meeting a 16-year old on the Road an Fondling Her B**bs

Wonders, they say, shall never end. The police in Abeokuta on Thursday arraigned one Tunde Bamigbade, 23, before a Magistrates’ Court for assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
According to police prosecutor, Augustine Ozimini, the offence was committed on Tuesday at about 7 a.m. at Isale-Igbein in Abeokuta. He said that the accused accosted the young girl on her way to school at a lonely junction and fondled her breasts.
In his words, “Bamigbade was sighted by a passerby when he fondled his victim’s breasts as she struggled with him… The good samaritan raised an alarm while the accused was apprehended and taken to Ibara police station,” he said.
Ozimini pointed out that the offence was contrary to and punishable under Section 360 of the Criminal Code of Ogun, 2006.
